Who we are
This website is run by Pour & Pixel Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 12258174), registered office 5 Mount Drive, Purdis Farm, Ipswich, IP3 8UU, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website. You can contact us at hello@pourandpixel.co.uk.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our quick enquiry form or questionnaire, such as:
- your name, business name, email address and phone number
- information about your business and the website you would like
- any files you upload, such as your logo
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your information to reply to you, prepare a quote and a draft of your website, and, if you become a customer, to build and look after your website. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you go ahead, on the steps needed to enter into and carry out our contract with you.
We will never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.
Who helps us
We use a small number of trusted services to run our business:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf.
- Microsoft 365 provides our business email.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this website, which means your browser connects to Google to load them.
Some of these providers may store information outside the UK, for example in the United States. Where this happens, they use recognised legal safeguards to protect it.
How long we keep it
If you don't become a customer, we delete your enquiry within 2 years. If you do, we keep your information for as long as we work together and for up to 6 years afterwards for our accounts and legal records.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Just email hello@pourandpixel.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
